Production Wireless ServicesOur office services all VEGA wireless equipment and items manufactured for Clear-Com, EV and several other companies. This includes the currently manufactured U2020 series gear. In addition, we provide service to most of the major brands of wireless equipment both nationally and internationally. We also service Sennheiser, Lectrosonics, Shure and Sony wireless. Some of the older models are no longer supported by the original manufacturer, please call with any questions.We provide services such as onsite, production, special events, technical consultation and in-house wireless repairs. As a result of the numerous customer requests for equipment, we are pleased to notify you, that in addition to providing the wireless services, we are a VEGA/ Clear-Com, SHURE and Comtek dealer for equipment (We have made an honest effort to showcase our products and services on this web site: please contact us for any specific services.). When sending in equipment, please itemize on letterhead or a purchase order the equipment being sent in (quantity, serial number, frequency etc…) along with any instructions for estimates, calls with costs, or additional spare parts. Please include any known symptoms or concerns. Most important is a good daytime telephone number and contact name. When ordering parts please process a purchase order if you have an account or call our office to set up an account or pay via an alternative method. We often call before hand with any unanticipated charges. Our office accepts VISA, MasterCard and net (30) with an approved credit application. If interested in credit, you may send in your equipment while the credit application is being processed. We can complete a review and notify you of the estimate for approval. Many of our customers have found that this saves time. Once we receive the credit application from your office and it is approved, we will establish your company with a net (30) account through our office.
